Warming my cold hands on a cup of hot tea this morning as I read over my prayer list. I actually got out of bed before 10 a.m. Seems lately that on my days off from work all I want to do is go to bed a little later and sleep in a little longer. Today, it’s all good, I broke that sneaky habit.

Praying and bible reading to the sun coming up mixes well with a cup of something hot. This is a much better start to a better productive day, then trying to catch a few more winks that leads to a couple hours.

I want you to know, that I am praying for you. As you read this I will be lifting requests up on your behalf. I will be giving God all the glory and thanking him for his tender mercy as he listens and answers.

When we draw HIM close, He holds us tight.
