Learning to cook is something she picked up here and there along the way. Sylvia became inspired when her son took a job at a local eatery and came home sharing his new culinary techniques. Striving to live a healthier lifestyle eating very little bad for ya’ carbs, here is something new that Sylvia has tried in place of mashed potatoes!
Cauliflower Mash w/lettuce side salad:
Break up cauliflower and boil til tender.
Put in food processor with salt & pepper to taste.
May add, chicken or veggie broth for smoother texture.
StIr things uP and squeeze some lime juice on salad and mash for a “cRazY” good flavor!!
