The storms of the day are passed, and evening finds me curled up under a soft warm throw, cozied up in the recliner …God is good.
With my ipad in hand I scroll through endless photographs of breathtaking views that gifted people capture….God is good. My eyes stop on a photo of a loving mother holding her special needs child, their story is heartwarming….God is good.  Sliding my fingers across the news app my mind is filled with stories of wars, disasters and loss. My eyes well up with tears, as I read of the endless good deeds and kind acts from strangers towards those hurting in the world….God is good.

I then leave my chair for the comforts of my bed. As I lay my head down on my soft, cradling pillow …… I give thanks to the Lord, for he is good…and his love endures forever. Psalm 136:1

I hope you’ll join me…..and give thanks to a God who loves forever…those who call upon his name.
