I might be the only crazy girl outside on this icy morning before the sun comes up, but somehow I doubt that. I watched Hubs through the window the garage light breaking the dark as he heartily scrapped off the ice on his car. I decided to slip out bundled in a hoody, to snap a pic at our “snow day”. The cold air really does refresh and clear the mind, as I stood outside I closed my eyes and took several cleansing deep breaths….and received instant inspiration. While I totally enjoy colder weather, I stopped to think and pray for my sweet friends who don’t.
If you are like a lot of my friends and family, you find that it sometimes hurts to move. I hope you find comfort today, as I pray for you.
It is hard to imagine what some people go through on a daily basis. Many people suffer daily with real mental, physical and spiritual pain. These pain’s can be crippling, making it at times impossible to move.
Stepping out onto the patio for a refreshing breath of air can be done, but for some it hurts like hell.
Finding courage and strength to press on in spite of our pain can be done, but for some it hurts like hell.
Are you in pain today?
Remember your pain doesn’t have to cripple you. Whether you are struggling to put a relationship back together or just survive the split, let God help you make a move. If your health is deteriorating, remember your spirit is alive and God is ready to refresh and renew you, if you’ll let him.
Join me today and pray… “Father, I hurt today. I choose to in my pain make a move towards you. I will let your love refresh, renew and heal my pain. I will gain courage and strength as you bless me this day Lord, and everyday. I ask the same for my family and friends. In Jesus name Amen.”
Join me today and read…Psalm 63 but especially verse 3!
