Walking into the house I noticed a odd looking bug on the outside door frame. Curious to what it was I snapped a photo with my phone and went inside to Google it. Appears it is a Wheel Bug. After reading that this cool yet freaky bug is a vicious attacker, with a bad bite and shouldn’t be handled carelessly, I decided to leave it alone. Hoping it will kill all the spiders trying to enter my house, and it itself will stay outside. However, i was tempted to risk its bite, capture and take to our local school for science class, and my daughter scolded me.
How many times do we actually leave things, people or situations alone that have the potential to harm us? Do we go against wise warnings? Do we honestly handle with care, or do we think the outcome won’t happen to us?
Today, if you are aware of or in the middle of a situation that could possibly harm you, then pay attention to wise warnings. Take a step back research and weigh the outcome, then handle with care.
